# Data Retention

## Retention periods

| Data type             | Description                                                            | Retention                                                                      |

| Account data          | Email, profile, and organization details                               | Lifetime of account                                                            |
| Customer content      | Prompts, workflows, outputs, and other content you create or upload    | Retained for as long as necessary to operate, analyze, and improve the service |
| Analytics data        | Aggregated and pseudonymized metrics on platform usage and performance | Retained for as long as necessary to operate, analyze, and improve the service |
| Behavioral event data | In-product actions such as clicks, sessions, and feature interactions  | Retained for as long as necessary to operate, analyze, and improve the service |
| Product usage data    | Workflow runs, asset metadata, and operational telemetry               | Retained for as long as necessary to operate, analyze, and improve the service |
